About me
Hi, I'm Lauren!
In my own life, like so many, I struggled. I struggled with truly loving myself, dealing with stress in a healthy way, depression, anxiety, racing thoughts and just finding lasting happiness.
At first I started practicing Yoga as a teen for flexibility but noticed I always gravitated back during difficult times in life. Once again, after a successful 20 year career in Hospitality|Event Planning|Production - seemingly having everything I had worked so hard for - found myself feeling unfulfilled, depressed and constantly anxious.
