I have know Lauren more than half my life so we have always had a strong connection, even as kids. Diving deeper into grief and pain has made me reluctant to talk about it to anyone. I tend to bury it deep inside and go about life, because I thought I could just show all the strength and resilience I have built up over the years - and that would be enough. I had a session with Lauren and I discovered things I have never shared with anyone before. Our session revealed a lot of pain that I have been brushing off for years. She knew what to say and when to say it. I felt ashamed of how I felt and what was coming out but she did an amazing job just focusing on the core and what needed to be finally out and free. I highly recommend her if you need healing within.
I have been aware of Lauren & her work for 6 years and have always found her to be a consistent, grounded person with a dedication to self-growth. She provided support for me when I needed it most, created a space where I felt safe and comfortable to share what I'm going through, and kept me centered while my mind was in a scattered place. She didn't solicit advice or intrude in any way. She simply helped me remember my own personal intentions for myself and assess whether my decisions were aligning me with that vision. I came out of our first session with clarity and practical steps to address what I'm struggling with. Lauren's approach seems to come from a willingness to face her own direct personal experience, providing her the empathy to guide others through their process. A couple weeks have gone by since my first session with Lauren, what she taught me continues to be of use when challenges resurface. I recommend Lauren for those simply looking to rediscover lost inspiration for life, as well as those deep in the depths of grief & loss.

About me

LivingLotusBirthkeepers.com

A student of Metaphysics, Eastern and Western medicine.

I applied what I learned, healing myself from a myriad of mental, emotional and physical challenges. These ranged from PCOS to insecurity, gall stones to grief, from heavy metal toxicity to self hate, from EBV to anxiety.

The transformation was not simply a result of diet changes and supportive herbs, nor from psychotherapy or medical Doctors.

The real healing began when I went to the source, my emotions, my Core wounds.

For years I understood that all physical dis-ease was an the result of energetic blocks or emotional trauma. They only become physical symptoms after being ignored for too long. Then, when you are ready, the universe brings the issue to your attention in your outer world, so that you no longer ignore, but finally face, feel and heal it.

However it wasn’t until I hired a coach to guide me though my emotions and traumas that I finally felt the wisdom of the work.

Sitting with and releasing energy that had been stuck in my field and my body for decades was a life changing experience.

I was hooked and I knew deep down this was the work I was meant to do for others.

It is a pleasure and an honor to hold space for women to heal and transform their lives.

Thank you for trusting me with this sacred work.

My Philosophy of Care

The experience of working over eight years as a Hospice Nurse, has given me the opportunity to be a source of support for countless patients and their families though their dying process. It allowed me to hold space for deep emotional wounds, taught me patience, compassion, boundaries, and the power of presence. Most importantly, Hospice has helped me gain a deep appreciation for life. I saw that too many souls were leaving this world unhealed, and with potentials unmet.
I knew it didn't have to be this way, I envisioned a world where no one had to experience that kind of regret. This is why I now assist you, the living, to heal yourself, to find your power, and to live with life you desire.
