Renew 3-Month 1:1 Program
Renew will take you off the path to burnout and transform how you experience life by reconnecting you to the wisdom of your own body. The program weaves yoga nidra, breathwork, Somatic Stress Release™, embodiment work, and intuitive coaching into a simple four-step process known as the Renew Roadmap™:

Powerful Change in a Short Time: You will gain a solid baseline level of literacy about what is happening in your unique body in response to stress and master the ability to recognize and release it, in the moment, in ways that work for you. Many clients have seen dramatic shifts after just the first session!
Constant Access to Support: In between sessions, you’ll have access to on-demand text or Voxer coaching to address challenges as they arise, which will enable you integrate your new skills much faster than weekly sessions alone.
Customized to You: Nothing unrealistic to implement. No wading through lots of information or trying modalities that aren’t the right fit. Together, we’ll equip you with exactly what you need, and nothing that you don’t.
Combined Focus on Body + Mind: This program includes the best of multiple modalities in a streamlined format.
No Overwhelm: Each month, you get one week off to absorb and implement what we’ve done together.
The program includes:
- One two-hour Personal Stress Release GPS™ Session: Prior to this session, you’ll complete assessments and I’ll review them. During the session, you'll move through the stress cycle with me in real time through a gentle movement practice and assess where your blocks are. We'll also evaluate your needs, desires, and daily life, then build you a custom plan using the strategies for rest, self-care and navigating the stress cycle that will have the most impact in the shortest amount of time.
- Eight 45-minute Body + Mind Coaching Sessions: In these sessions, we’ll deepen your understanding and practice of the strategies in your Personal Stress Release GPS™, ensure they’re working for you, and explore what new choices open up in your life as a result of being more rested, cared for, and embodied.
- On-demand text/Voxer coaching in between sessions for faster growth and integration: It can be hard to remember how to use your new practices in times of challenge! Also, sometimes new challenges could arise that surprise you. Because you'll have on-demand support from me, even on our off weeks, you'll see change in yourself and your life a lot faster than if you had to wait for your next session to review things in hindsight.
