About me
Since 2010 I have been working with others who want and need to heal. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), MSHHP, a certified life and wellness coach, nervous system trainer and somatic healer, and a breathwork facilitator.
I work with others, often those who are in helping or healing professions or roles (i.e., parents, therapists, body workers), and we work together to find safety in and connect with the body.
