About me
I'm a psychologist and a psychotherapist with a unique set of skills. I've been on my own personal growth journey for over 35 years (no exaggeration!) and in that time I've experimented with just about everything you can imagine. I've done sweat lodges with a Native American medicine healer, I’m an experienced meditator, I've been trained in reiki and how to read the akashic records, and I'm a certified Breathwork practitioner. On top of all of this, I’m a highly-trained psychotherapist and a licensed psychologist.
