About me
I have a background in massage, yoga, meditation, hypnosis, breathwork and biofield tuning. I am always looking for the most efficient way to integrate the "noise" in our field that comes from stress and trauma so that we can be more present in our day to day lives rather than acting from a place of incoherence.
