My passion is empowerment. As a young girl I was constantly being dragged down to the principal’s office for uttering 3 words, “That’s not fair.” Somehow, I never changed. I walked picket lines, was active in environmental justice, and animal rights. It has given me the opportunity to speak to thousands of individuals.

40+ years ago I learned about personal and emotional healing. Working within our gifts leads to a happier life. Currently I own The Healthy Zone where men and women find their inner power to be healthier, stronger, fearless, and capable of changing their world.

I believe being healthy, positive and responsible for self are learned skills. Taking back or maintaining better health is a choice. What do you want your world to be?
