Our founder, Linda Shields, has the unique experience in a high stress work environment that laid the foundation for her journey to evolve from stress resilience techniques into a more encompassing philosophy of Wellness for the Whole Body. By combining health techniques and whole body nourishment with personal goals and priorities, a healthier, sustainable and more lifestyle approach emerged.
Since 2009, Linda has been an integral part of an Integrative Hospital Program designed to enhance the benefits of traditional healthcare through stress resilience techniques and whole body wellness integration. She utilizes a therapeutic style of yoga supporting a healthy lifestyle that can be adapted to any environment to release stress. Linda guides others to make sustainable informed healthy choices and behavior changes.
