About me

I am a personal and spiritual coach -- a pastoral counselor with family systems training and a long history of addictions counseling. As both a Quaker and Buddhist, I am strongly focused in mindfulness and spiritual practices. I am solution-based and earnestly concerned that you find a place that will give you peace in your life! My own journey shapes my work with others.
