About me
In 2018 I was experiencing a wide variety of not so fun symptoms (insomnia, weight gain, hair loss, anxiety attacks, depression, body aches, hot flashes - the list goes on). After seeing multiple western doctors and specialists, I was left with unanswered questions. Each doctor was unable to properly diagnosis me, but was willing to prescribe me antidepressants. The offered solution did not sit right with me; I wanted to know the root cause. This is what began my eight year healing journey.
Without having any answers from the western world, I turned to the eastern world.
