About me

Lisa Miles Jackson, Founder was trained first as a Registered Nurse with experience in medical, surgical and psychiatric nursing. Having managed her own high blood pressure and high cholesterol issues through diet, yoga and lifestyle changes she now works with clients to successfully reach health and wellness goals without “diets and deprivation”.
Lisa provides individual coaching and women’s self-care workshops and retreats. Lisa is certified in vinyasa yoga, laughter yoga, and practices meditation. She has also had a successfull career in sales, marketing and business development and consulting with small businesses before co founding her own women owned small business in Innovative Green Solutions and understands what it is like to be a "road warrior".
Having raised 4 children, she intimately understands the challenges women face today managing parenting, marriages, challenging work environments and aging parents. These stresses, along with our own expectations, play a key role in aging and chronic disease and her goal is to offer both men and women solid and effective transformational solutions.

She received additional training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
