At age 60 I can honestly say that the body you’ve always wanted can be a
reality at any age. I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and
Orthopedic Exercise Specialist; an AASDN Nutrition Specialist & PN Level 1 Nutritionist; TRX-certified and a
vegan. With over 30 years of experience, I have developed a unique
approach to training that allows me to challenge my clients at multiple levels of
fitness and adapt any program to meet your specific needs. I believe in a
lifestyle approach to fitness and want you to have fun, gain confidence, and
feel comfortable in your own body.
Let's face it, there are a lot of personal trainers, nutritionists, and coaches out there. Even so, I saw a gap for the services women over 50 were looking for and what was available. In order to get results and maintain those results you need a habit-based approach to nutrition that teaches lifestyle not dieting, a progressive resistance program that keeps you injury-free while building strength, and a lean physique, and you need someone to help your navigate the roadblocks and limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.
For this reason, I created Body & Soul Coaching. And became certified as a trainer, a nutritionist, and a health coach. I like to call my approach the 50+ Fitness Trifecta. It thrills me to bring joy and confidence to women over 50.
Unlike other programs you may have joined, I take the time to get to know you. During our first session, we going to take a close look at where you are now, create a crystal clear vision of where you want to get to, and delve into whats been holding you back.
