Visits to be completed after initial visit to continue work on goal creation, accountability check-ins, celebrate wins, adjust goals as needed. (Typical 3-6 months, pay as you go.)

About me
I have been a nurse for 28 years and I have a passion to help keep people well. I received my nurse coaching certificate in May of 2023, I plan on taking my board certification by the end of this year. I just want to share my knowledge of wellness and keep people well.
