About me
I work with a diverse range of clients facing a wide spectrum of challenges. My expertise isn't limited to a specific client type or therapeutic approach; rather, it centers around understanding your unique needs and tailoring our sessions to best address them, using whichever modality is most suitable for your situation. While I predominantly practice as a person-centered therapist and have a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I also find value in an existential approach when it's relevant.
