About me
With over 20 years of experience as an engineer and software developer, I learned how to solve complex problems as simply and easily as possible. I use those same principles to help my wellness clients.
After becoming a mother in 1993, I researched diet and supplementation as ways of improving my health and the health of my family.
After losing my Brother and my Dad suddenly in 2014, I decided to pursue my Holistic Health Practitioner Certification in 2016 by becoming a Bioenergetic Assessment Practitioner.
