About me
My name is Lori Murphy. I am so glad we connected!!
My own personal journey has led me to a purpose greater than myself. Over the years, my journey has led me to overcome alcoholism and great pain through a path of healing and self discovery.
In May of 2022, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. Following my education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I completed a certification as a Mindset Life Coach in November of 2022, with the Transformation Academy.
