I offer support for wellness through a variety of clinical and/or holistic modalities, including counselling, conversation, somatic exploration, creative expression and mindfulness. No matter if you’re recovering from trauma, chronic stress, illness, grief or any experience of discomfort, by walking together into the inner world and accessing your inherent creative energy, we can find a plethora of new possibilities.
