About me
I started my spiritual journey at the age of 16 when I discovered meditation. I have always been very sensitive. I now realize that I am an Empath and psychic intuitive.
I was not aware of this as I was growing up. I spent many years trying to numb my emotions.
I myself have experienced my own trauma, escaping through substance abuse and relationships.
It became my mission to heal and work through all of this. Over the years I have gained many tools.
