About me

Here at LyF(love you first) I am Lynn Pliska the chief healer and coach. I opened my practice in 2019 after a very trying time the last 45 years of trying times in my life. I had gotten to a point where everything was fine yet nothing made sense anymore. I started to see things and people and my own life changing and it was hard to keep readjusting all the time and i had started to give up to the point that i had wanted to take my own life at this point.
