As "The Gut-Brain Hypnotist", I enable gut-brain-microbiome connections to reach client holistic physical, mental & emotional health goals.
I have an extensive background in food, nutrition and health and a Masters of Science in Human Ecology. My research for the last 5 years has been on the gut microbiome. From my own personal experience with arthritis and other health issues, I have explored many options and discovered a holistic approach with Naturopathic Medicine. This has helped tremendously with skin, autoimmune and general gut issues. When I discovered hypnosis, I dissolved some long term emotional baggage. Since discovering the connection between our emotional mind and the gut, the whole picture has filled in and I have helped and support many clients to heal and change how they think, feel and behave. Over the years I taught at all levels of education from primary to university level. Teaching this material and helping my clients through the process of hypnosis has changed people's lives and been the most rewarding of all. Hypnosis works, it is fast, easy and can change your life when everything else has failed.
I have always been in health and wellness, I have taught Human Ecology and Food, Nutrition & Health most of my working life. My calling is to help those with unanswered health problems that can appear as mental/emotional but may well be physical/energy body as well.
Surprising, informative, interesting, inspiring, hopeful, immediate, a relief and a miracle!
Hypnosis is not an act nor mind control. It has been around since Egyptian times and has been recognized by the American and Canadian Medical Associations since the mid-1950's.
Because hypnosis and hypnotherapy is a reframing of an individual's perspectives in the mind, it can work on almost anything. It is well known for things that we call "too much" behaviors, such as smoking, drinking, eating, shopping, gambling...that kind of thing. It is also popular with pain management for dentistry, surgery, chemotherapy, injections and the like. People have used hypnosis to overcome fears, such as flying, spiders, snakes and even PTSD. From there it can even help with allergies, stuttering and IBS.
Better than that, hypnosis is also used by Olympic and professional athletes who want to greatly enhance performance, focus & concentration, timing that sort of thing.
Using hypnosis is similar to meditation, but with clear intention in a suggestible state of mind. Clients' goals play clear role in the process.
