About me
I am honored to work with you. With a 4 or 5 day intensive EMDR retreat, you and I will create a safe and supportive space for you to process your life; grief, traumatic bereavement, survivor guilt, PTSD, self-limiting beliefs, divorce recovery, and old wounds from abuse and neglect throughout the life span will be reconciled with and processed.
With a heart for connection and healing, my simple approach is grounded in curiosity, meaning, empathy, respect, and a deep understanding and compassion for the human experience.
