About me
About me
"My Story" started with helping survivors of abuse and continued with children. They responded to the modality of play therapy and healed themselves through play, faster and better than adults seem able to heal. This led to training in Sand World Therapy and Filial (parent-child) Therapy to help adults and children heal and bond after separation, loss, addiction and shared generational trauma. This led to exploration of energy healing modalities such as Thought Field Therapy, EMDR and Heart Rhythm Meditation, and the exciting field of Energy Psychology.
