About me
I call myself a late bloomer because I finally got the degree to match my passions after my kids were grown. I get what it's like to struggle with anxiety or feeling stuck and unable to move in any direction. Life throws all kinds of challenges our way and doesn't usually include the instruction manual. I can help you feel better sooner rather than using guesswork as if you were trying to figure our your life just like you do when you are assembling a dresser from Ikea. Life transitions can be brutally hard when you don't know how you are feeling or what you should do.
