Maureen has created curricula and taught at the University of Minnesota through the Center for Spirituality and Healing. Maureen continues to expand her consciousness by integrating a variety of modalities, which include: Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy (QNRT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Touch for Health, Energy Medicine, Navigating the Soul's Journey, Igniting the Creative Spirit, Professional Training with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, HeartMath, Nonviolent Communication, Homeopathy, Yoga, and Meditation. She has been mentored in intuitive reading, energy healing, breath work and past-life regression facilitation. Using integrative modalities, I invite people to awaken their true nature, embody their brilliance, and revel in authenticity. Being a pioneering advocate for holistic health & healing, personal sovereignty and empowerment, I facilitate the pursuit of stages of consciousness and states of being with individuals and groups. I created the ShiftIt Process as a map with navigational tools to support seekers who are committed to finding and traveling their path of purpose, passion, and empowerment.
"Thank you, Maureen, I am now on a mission to become my true self." - Sue, Wyoming
QNRT™ is an efficient and effective protocol designed to initiate a quantum shift in the nervous system by resetting the brain's response to emotional triggers for both past and present emotional trauma and stress. Most of us have experienced an “Adverse Emotional Stress”, either directly or indirectly, during our lifetime. QNRT associates common experiences such as sleeplessness, anxiety, nervousness, fatigue, soreness, and gastrointestinal complications with past emotional events.
