Lifelong Learner- curious by nature- love to find the spiritual in every day life. Worked in sales with a business degree, taught school and worked with kids in classroom - I have a passion for supporting others and a gift of making close connections- three grown daughters and a blended family. My passion is spreading the gift of love to all who I meet and I am committed to being the best version of me.

It found me while I was searching for something else. I was already supporting those in my family and dear friends- I stumbled on the four winds and found a way to hone my skills to support others more effectively.

It’s very relaxing as you lay on massage table while I work over your body activating and clearing your chakras. This process called Illumination assists us in optimizing our unique flow of healing energy. We are each born with this ability to heal ourselves. We must first be open to the experience. There are other deeper processes available but we must start with Illumination.
