Maya is the absolute best! She puts you in a place of deep relaxation as she runs through your energy bars. Sometimes we talked, other times I closed my eyes and meditated. I felt very peaceful when it was over. I also did watch with her. I had never heard of it and was very wary, but it was a very calming experience. I really enjoyed it and would do it again! It was a really wonderful experience and I am so grateful she shared it with me.

While on her exploration and self development path she practiced and studied a variety of healing modalities.
