I am an Advanced Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, Reiki II Practitioner, Holistic Health Coach, Spiritual Coach and permanent student of subtle energy and quantum physics. I use muscle testing in my sessions to pinpoint specific imbalances and find the techniques that will work best for the individual. Sessions might include acupressure, TCM, chakra clearing, regression, or other tools from my extensive energy medicine tool bag. From general stress and anxiety or serious chronic health issues, I welcome all clients to give this a try, especially if you're new to energy work. I love unravelling the root cause of an issue and offering new transformative solutions.

My journey from a sad, overweight substance abuser to a healthy, vibrant and optimistic young adult was not a solo mission. I was assisted by the many practitioners who helped me learn that there was a better way to live. In creating a happier and more fulfilling life for myself, I was inspired to be a part of that journey for others.

Most clients are surprised at their ability to feel a palpable shift in their energy during the first session, and many who have never worked with an energy healer are fascinated by this. They report feeling very relaxed and a little sleepy at the end.

Just because it's considered "alternative" doesn't mean it isn't affective.
