About me
I started practicing massage in Upstate NY in 2005. I fell in love with the practice and learning new modalities and techniques. I moved to Florida in 2011 and built a mobile massage business that I have also thoroughly enjoyed. I now have a location where I can practice many massage modalities, do workshops, group sound baths, vibrational sound therapy sessions, helping people with chronic pain, tight muscles, anxiety, headaches and coming soon personal training and fitness assessments. I'm so excited to keep learning and sharing and expanding to help my clients reach their health goals.
