About me

I grew up in a small farming community in the Finger Lakes Region of NY. My grandparents taught me so much about being frugal, how to heal your body with food and lifestyle changes. I have had many stepping stones in the path I have taken. I was a Certified Athletic trainer for a Division 1 school. I became a massage therapist and owned my own business. Massage therapy has been my true passion and has taught me so much about the human body, how all the parts need to work together to make a functioning, healthy body.
