Personal trainer/functional fitness coach
I am a very active person, from snowboarding to soccer and everything in-between. I love cooking BBQ food. I am very active outdoors with all sorts of activities and use that to inspire my clients to do the same. I am so grateful to be a coach and to lead by example.
I was never a great athlete and wanted to be a better soccer player. Around 8th grade I started lifting weights with the idea to enhance sports performance. about 10 years later I found myself working in a gym part time. There was opportunity to become a trainer there and I jumped on it and didn't look back. I have owned/managed facilities before, I do in home training now as well as remote/online training.
Everyone says to me "I feel so much better"
That is exactly what I strive to hear every session!
Lifting weights or resistance training, is not about being the most muscular person or strongest person. It's about empowering your body to be more capable with daily life. Functional Fitness will enhance how you live your life.
