About me
Hi, I'm Michaela.
I started my career in engineering, but eventually I hit a wall and had to face the health crisis growing in my body. For several years, I struggled with intense chronic pain, and it felt like no one understood or how to help.
But through bodywork and lifestyle changes, I was able to turn things around. Today, I feel more alive and at home in my body than ever before.
Now, it is my privilege and joy to support others to find relief from pain and the freedom to live the lives they love.
