About me
I am a Master's Level Licensed Professional Counselor turned coach and Board Certified Neurofeedback Clinician who LOVES all things holistic health. I grew frustrated with the lack of comprehensive knowledge that counseling could offer my clients. I found they needed MORE than just talking about their trauma, they needed to heal their nervous system to release trauma patterns, old anxiety and improve their relationships. My four month virtual coaching program does exactly this by combining a unique approach of exposure coaching and neurofeedback.
