About me
My experiences with health issues are what have motivated me to seek answers and dig into the root causes and upstream processes of disease. I have suffered from reactive hypoglycemia, irritable bowel syndrome, hiatal hernia, Hashimoto's with associated weight issues, and cancer. I have always been holistically minded, but I really dug in deep after having cancer. I made the decision to get my certification in nutrigenomics (how nutrition influences our DNA). When I received the results of my DNA test, it was obvious the upstream processes that were contributing to so many of my health issues.
