About me
I have studied and practiced Chinese medicine, Hatha yoga, and Shamanism for more than 20 years now. As an acupuncturist and herbalist my intention includes healing from the deep layers, or roots of your health challenge. To add another dimension, on a more spiritual level, I can direct you in the ways to heal yourself naturally.
My Philosophy of Care
I have always been drawn to a more natural approach to healing. Although I love the accuracy of diagnosis that western medicine provides, I align more with practical tools when it comes to optimal health.
