About me
For the last couple of years, I’ve been working on obtaining my Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification and have launched Pinch of Salt, a virtual Nutritional Therapy Practice.

We are committed to helping women feel radiant by supporting their personal journey of getting healthy and staying healthy. My specialization is helping women with Type 2 Diabetes build healthy habits and take control of their blood sugar so they can reclaim their body and health. Many women in my family have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and take medication daily.
