About me
Hi my name is Monique. I'm an honorably discharged veteran of the US Navy. During my time in the Navy, I started on a journey of health and fitness after the birth of my only son in 1986. I started long distance running and then bodybuilding capturing 2 amateur titles in Florida in the heavyweight class. I attended and graduated with honors from University of Florida in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy because of my desire to help others overcome injury and return to their own physical pursuits.
