About me
Our body can heal itself. We let so many external influences dictate how we act and feel each and every day and they slowly take over our life. We need to slow down, listen to our body and heal from the inside out and release anything that does not serve us.
I customize my sessions for each individual and I would be honored to help you along this journey to take care of you!
As well as being a certified Medical Reiki Master, I am trained in hypnotherapy and cranial sacral therapy.
