My professional experiences include being a teacher for elementary & middle school children, child developmental & family therapist.
A single mother of one son, homeschooled, part of a team of parents who created a Sudbury Democratic School in Phoenix, Arizona. Private practice as a spiritual counselor and sensual educator with hands on practice of breath and energy work to empower people to realize they can shift their victim consciousness to becoming victorious in their own unique way.
Shamanic mentoring includes consciousness experience and practices to shift your awareness from outer world to develop and fortify your inner pool of creativity, peace and power.

My spiritual journey began in my early thirties when one family member took another family member's life. I chose to educate myself and became a masters level counselor and educator. Developed my own recovery and resilience programs for youth, men, couples and women to realize we are not victims of our circumstances. Shen Qi work with chi gong master Aiping Wang inspired me to implement deep relaxation as a key to trauma recovery in the body. Tom Tam's Tong Ren tapping therapy is a powerful and vital distant healing tool many people benefit from nationally.
