About me

I divorced after nearly 25 years of marriage and this shattered my world. I was devastated, lost and overwhelmed with anxiety, depression and fear of the future.
With determination I healed, with courage I experienced growth and gained confidence in myself that still amazes me.
The journey was not easy because healing is an active process. I had to be willing to work on myself and often found myself stepping out of my comfort zone.
Divorce is traumatic and it is a major life transition. There is a grieving process and emotions range from depression to anger, anxiety to feeling paralyzed.
