About me

In my 20 year health coaching career I have helped people with weight loss, improving energy levels, managing hormones, balancing mood, improving their sleep and more, with a natural approach to health that involves avoiding pharmaceutical drugs and instead focusing on healing the body naturally.

My own personal healing journal with ulcerative colitis lead me to focus my work on helping people with their health conditions by targeting their gut. It works!

My background is in psychology and public health. I have a Masters Degree in Health Promotion, hold the Certifed Health Education Specialist title, am a Certified Holistic Stress Management Educator and am also a 500 hour trained yogi!

I lean on my years of study and experience with natural health remedies, stress reduction, toxic load reduction and most importantly, gut health.

My Philosophy of Care

I have always loved helping people feel better, but after a 7-year bout of colitis that I healed myself, I have concentrated my efforts to help people heal their own gut.

I know that this is critically important in overall health, and there is very little mainstream western medicine offers to help people.

Through the experience, I know what a toll it can take on people's lives, and I also know it is possible to heal without drugs or surgeries. I want to help as many people as I can to heal from inflammatory bowel disorders and reach a level of health they are happy with.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

In my first call with clients, I ask a lot of questions. I want to know as much as I can about your history, what you have health with, what you have tried, where you want to go, and anything else you find important for me to know. I like to make my clients feel comfortable, so we have a very casual and fun conversation. Expect a FaceTime call from me! :)

My Inspiration

Sometimes we think we can handle things ourselves, but when you aren't getting results, it is time to put down the google search and enlist something with personal and professional experience to guide you. Every person is different, and we each need a different approach to healing. It is no no-size-fits-all in this area, and only a health coach will do that for you.
