My approach to working with clients:
You matter. This can be difficult to believe though if you have felt marginalized due to your neurodiversity, sexuality, or gender. I’m interested in exploring the marginalization you feel and helping you to find a sense of belonging in the world and in yourself. I want you to feel seen, heard, and understood. We might explore creatively through dreams, meditation, archetypes, enneagram type, or through somatic awareness.
My approach to helping is gentle, relational, and client centered. I believe you are already whole.
