With food addiction, co-dependency, substance use, and other unhelpful behaviors as my challenges for many years, I understand, because I was there, too. However, knowing that we are all individuals regardless of common experiences, we work together to find relief that works specifically for YOU. My own healing journey led me to guiding others, to great success. It has been humbling and beautiful, and an honor.
