Hello, I’m Kristen!
I’m a functional medicine coach, transformational life coach, and breathworker with a passion for helping us achieve optimal health in mind, body, and spirit.
After achieving recovery from years of chronic dis-ease (stage 4 endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, respiratory conditions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and even infertility), it has become my greatest passion to help other women achieve optimal wellness and find relief from chronic conditions.
