When I first met Pam Black, I was desperate. I was very skinny and couldn’t gain weight; I had little energy, no appetite, I dreaded meals, and was depressed. Like many people, I thought I already knew the basics of good nutrition. Little did I know!! I have been working with Pam now for about three months, and already I have met or exceeded my goals. Avoid foods that are toxic. Toxins create inflammation and inflammation breeds dis-ease.
