About me
I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner,working in clinical care for over 3 decades. Sensitive to hearing the needs of patients and developing a plan together to meet their needs emotionally, and improve sense of well-being. I have worked in acute care, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings using a positive approach to healing with a foundation in fueling the body, and mind with sensible strategies. I also am an avid athlete, enjoy the beach and our 4 dogs. Coaching work stress and balance is also something I have added to my list of support with clients.
