Sometimes people tell me that they were not raised on a natural diet. I understand Growing up, I lived on packaged foods and did not even know what broccoli was. I always suffered with mild digestive issues, and by 16 was diagnosed with hypoglycemia. At that point, I switched from coke to diet drinks and made other adjustments, but was definitely not eating healthy.
