East-West Integrated Wellness
I am a doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine using safe, effective and holistic treatments informed by osteopathy and biomedicine with over 20 years of clinical experience in China and USA.
I founded East-West Integrated Wellness upon returning to the U.S. after 18 yrs of learning, researching, practicing and teaching acupuncture in China.
I regularly use several treatment methods in my practice. I am an inner circle apprentice of the founders of both Bo's Method of Abdominal Acupuncture & Zuo Acupuncture. Manual medicine modalities include Chen's Meridian and Orthopedic Manipulations and osteopathic manipulations (osteopathy taught by Dr. Steven Sanet D.O.)
As an educator, it is my vocation to educate the public and fellow healthcare professionals with the best the treatments Chinese medicine offers in maintaining wellness and treating disease.
In my clinic, I strive to help patients heal holistically offering safe, effective treatments that address the physical and the mental-emotional factors of their dis-ease. By teaching you individualized meditation techniques we work together to release spiritual level obstacles to your well-being. Nutrition and lifestyle guidance round out my holistic approach.
Patients who come to me often express considerable gratitude for the very comprehensive, East-West holistic examination and consultation. Here's what one patient had to say: "I consider myself extremely lucky to have found such a caring, generous, and knowledgeable human being to help me manage...excruciating pain. Paul is professional and meticulous... always treated me with respect, kindness and answered all my questions. The intake interview is hands down the most thorough I've ever had."
They say, "A young man goes to the East to find his temple." I went to China for 18 years for my own well-being--going to the source to learn from masters of Eastern healing traditions. I am blessed to have learned and developed my skills under the wings of wise masters. It transformed my life for the better. Now, through my clinical practice, the courses I teach and the apprentices I mentor, "I teach what I needed to learn". I am grateful to come full circle and to share what I've learned.
