About me
About me
I was born in California, grew up in Mexico (I speak fluent Spanish), moved to Canada at 16, have been in the USA since age 19. I have always been interested in alternative ways to look at health. 14 years ago I opened my practice called Living Insights which looks at the body from a bio-energetic view. Our bodies know everything it has been through from birth...all we need to know is how to ask it questions and understand the answers.
