I love the color pink; I love the vibrancy and the statement that it makes. I enjoy travel, jogging suits, and perfectly sliced avocados. I love to learn. I love to learn about people. I love to learn about their stories, values and life. I love learning about crystals, candles, and the elemental compositions that exist inside and outside of our bodies.

I am passionate about cultivating connection through meaningful conversations and experiences. I firmly believe that it is important to unlearn the perfect script that society has enforced upon us, especially women of color, and instead of following societal norms and paths created for us; it is important to create our own journey. You are allowed to take up space. You define what happiness and fulfillment look like.

Pink Rose Wellness was born out of a dream that I could be so uncomfortably vulnerable. I gave myself permission to pursue my wildest dreams of launching a one on one coaching experience; that promotes emotional well-being. I integrate ancient healing modalities with modern day coaching techniques.

I am your #1 hype girl, friend, and mentor. I am addicted to elevating wellness practices and I wholeheartedly believe coaching can be transforming if you are willing to put in the work. ​If there is one piece of advice I can offer you it would be:
