About me
As a Board-Certified candidate in the American Dance Therapy Association, I have thousands of hours of experience with helping clients process their feelings and experiences through the body to get them unstuck and creating breakthrough in their personal healing journey. I believe that each client holds the access to their own therapeutic breakthroughs. As your assistant on this journey, I facilitate meaningful integration of changed thoughts, habits, and expressions for amazing personal results. As a R-DMT we don't have to talk at all, although we certainly can during a session.
